INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF PLAQUES

1. The County Government of Kwale invites sealed tenders for the supply of plaques (for engraving at county building projects upon launching, which shall be spread in all wards in the county).

1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenders will be awarded on basis of framework agreement.

2. Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with the access togovernment procurement opportunities for youth, women and persons with disabilities.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders electronically from the https://kwale.go.ke or www.kwalecountygov.com . Tender documents obtained electronically will be freeof charge.

5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website https://kwale.go.keorwww.tenders.go.ke or www.supplier.treasury.go.ke .

Tenderers who download the tender document must forwardtheir particulars immediately to info@kwale.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

1. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration form (R22).

2. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

3. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 3rd July 20205,11:59pm. Only Electronic Tenders will be permitted.

4. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later.

Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
