INVITATION FOR TENDERS
TENDER REFERENCE NO: CTVC/TN/001/2025/2026
TENDER NAME: SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) SYSTEM
1.1 CHEPSIREI TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGE (CTVC) invites
sealed tenders for the supply, installation and maintenance of an
enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
1.2 Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect
tender documents at CTVC procurement office.
1.3 A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested
candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ksh 1,000.00 at
the Finance Office, or through online baking or bankers’ cheque payable
to CHEPSIREI TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGE.
1.4 Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya
shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of tender.
1.5 Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes
marked with Tender name and reference number and deposited in the
Tender Box at Reception of CHEPSIREI TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL
COLLEGE main building so as to be received not later than 10:00am, 30th July 2025.
1.6 Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the
candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at Chepsirei
Technical and Vocational College oardroom
