COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF NYAMIRA TENDER JANUARY 2026 

TENDER NOTICE

1. The County Government of Nyamira through the Department of Environment, Energy, Mining, Climate
   Change and Natural Resources invites eligible bidders to bid for the below listed tender;
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Competitive Method National using a standardized tender
   document and in this regard, Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
   during office hours [0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website Nyamira website:
   www.nyamira.go.ke, Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tenders.go.ke and IFMIS Supplier
   Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using unique IFMIS Negotiation numbers Tenderers who download
   the tender document May forward their particulars to (nyamira.tenders@gmail.com, Nyamira County
   Headquarters, P.O Box 434 – 40500 Nyamira,) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (147)
   days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday 27th January 2026 at
   10.30 a.m. local time. ONLY Electronic Tenders WILL be PERMITTED.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
   and times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
   representatives who choose to attend at the address below, late tenders will be rejected.
9. Bidders are advised to visit the County Government of Nyamira website www.nyamira.go.ke from time to time
   before deadline for submission of tender documents in case of issuance of addenda and any relevant
   communication about the tenders as and when it may be deemed necessary.
10. Bidders are encouraged to appraise themselves on site conditions using the GPS coordinates provided in the
    tender document before bidding.
