SUPPLY OF REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING (RAC) TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT- 91189257
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is implementing technical cooperation measures on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The GIZ Office Nairobi invites bidders to express their interest in the Supply of RAC tools and Equipment.
- LOT 1- Refrigeration and air conditioning tools and equipment.
- LOT 2 – Consumables for refrigeration and air conditioning trainings {e.g. copper pipes, brazing rods, flare nuts}
- LOT 3 – HVAC gas filled cylinders (e.g. Nitrogen, oxygen and acetylene gases)
- LOT 4- Supply of metal materials/stands (aluminum frame and mounting racks/stands)
- LOT 5- Refrigeration Gas Recovery Equipment (Recovery Cylinder and recovery units for HCFC /HFC)
Interested bidders MUST meet the following eligibility requirements.
- Must have a legal business entity registered in Kenya with at least 5 years operation, a certificate of registration/ incorporation from the registrar of companies to be submitted as proof.
- Must provide an up-to-date Tax Compliance Certificate
- Must attach copies of Identification documents (IDs or Valid Passports) of the owners/Directors of the firms and a copy of the latest CR 12 for companies issued by the Registrar of Companies
- Must have an annual turnover of at least KES 5,000,000.00 in the last 3 years starting from the latest financial year. Audited financial statements signed by the auditor and the directors to be provided i.e for 2022, 2023, and 2024.
- Must provide proof of handling at least 3 similar assignments in the last 3 years of at least KES 2,500,000.00 (for LOT 1,2,3 &5) and KES 300,000.00 (for Lot 4) per assignment supported relevant documentation i.e. approved order (LPO) and delivery note.
Only eligible bidders that meet all the requirements above will receive the further tender documents to proceed with offer submission.
