4. Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardizedtenderdocument. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. 5. Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with Women, Youthand people Living with disabilities encouraged to apply

A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders uponpayment of a non- refundable fees of ksh.1000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payabletotheaddress given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically fromtheWebsite(PPIP)tenders.go.ke). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
