LEASING OF MAKONGO VIEWPOINTFACILITY
- Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours i.e. 0900 to1500 hours at the address given below.

Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the county website i.e. www.makueni.go.ke o r w w w . tender.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must
forward their particulars immediately to co.trade@makueni.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. -
Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes.
Tenders shall remainvalid for 140 days from the date of opening of tenders. 6. No bid security required.
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through IFMIS (www.supplier.treasury.go.ke) onor before 23rd April, 2026 at 10:00AM Via negotiation number:2172915
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later.
Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
