Tender documents can be obtained from the Assembly website: www.machakosassembly.go.ke or at the IFMIS Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke, by using the IFMIS negotiation Number. For prequalification, documents can be obtained from Procurement Office, County Hall or the Assembly website.
Completed tender documents to be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke except for prequalification which will be submitted manually as per the requirements contained in the tender so as to be received on or before 8th December, 2020 at 11.00 am.
There will be Mandatory Pre-tender Site Visit scheduled for tender number One [1] on Tuesday, 1st December, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. which will be undertaken in adherence to the COVID-19 Ministry of Health Guidelines and Protocols.
Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Assembly board room, County hall on 8th December, 2020 at 11.00 am.
