TENDER NOTICE FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK) intends to register interested and eligible service providers
for the Provision of Recruitment & Selection and Customer Satisfaction Survey through the expression of
interest;

Interested service providers may download the expression of interest document containing the terms of
reference from the Authority’s Website www.cak.go.ke or from the Public Procurement Information Portal
www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Interested consultants must register their contact details with the
Authority through scm@cak.go.ke to facilitate receiving further tender clarifications and/or addendums,
if necessary.
Completed expression of interest (EOI) documents, enclosed in a plain sealed envelope and clearly
marked with the tender number and name, should be deposited in the tender box at the Competition
Authority of Kenya’s Headquarters, Ground Floor, Kenya Railways Building, Block D and addressed to:

The EOI documents should be received on or before Wednesday, 5th April 2023 at 12.00PM.
The EOI documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of service providers or their
representatives who choose to attend at the Competition Authority of Kenya’s Headquarters.
