INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF TENTS, FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)
TENDER NO. KICC/02/2026-2029
1. The Kenyatta International Convention Centre invites sealed tenders for Provision of Tents, Furniture
and Accessories framework Agreement for a period of Three (3) years with a value for money
assessment undertaken annually to confirm whether the bidder is providing satisfactory services.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method (Framework Agreement) using a
standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be
allowed to tender for one or more lots.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed
and/or downloaded from the website (www.kicc.co.ke).
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.kicc.co.ke) or PPIP
(Public Procurement Information Portal) (https://tenders.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to SupplyChain@kicc.co.ke to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing declaration form.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes including the Public
Procurement Capacity Building Levy, a 0.03% levy of the tender price. Tenders shall remain valid
for 120 days from the date of opening of tenders.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 14th April 2026. Electronic
Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
