INVITATION TO TENDERÂ
PROVISION OF REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF ODPP MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE 47 COUNTY OFFICES
TENDER NO: ODPP/NOT/09B/2025-2026Â
1. The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions invites sealed tenders for Provision of
Repair and Maintenance Service of ODPP Motor Vehicles in the 47 County offices.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National Open Tender using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots as listed below;
Lot 1: Mercedes Vehicles
Lot 2: Ford Ranger
Lot 3: Toyota Vehicles
Lot 4: Nissan vehicles
Lot 5: Mitsubishi Pajero Vehicle
Lot 6: Volkswagen/Passat Vehicles
Lot 7: Others
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours at the ODPP Procurement Office at ODPP HOUSE Second
Floor during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. -1:00 p.m. and 2.00p.m. –
4.30p.m.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers electronically
from the Website ODPP Website at www.odpp.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(www.odpp.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to procurement@odpp.go.ke or odppprocurement@gmail.com to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders/Bids must be accompanied by a Tender Security equivalent to Ksh. 100,000.00
valid for 175 days from date of opening the tender in the form of either: – Cash, a Bank
Guarantee from a reputable bank, a guarantee by an insurance company registered and
licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the PPRA or a guarantee issued by
a financial institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya. All payable to the
Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
7. The Tenderer/Bids shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders/Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 16th April, 2026
at 11.00 AM Kenyan time. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders/Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence
of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. - The addresses referred to above are:
