INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)
TENDER FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF DIGITAL FORENSIC TOOLÂ
REFERENCE: CMA/OT 001/2025-2026Â
1. The Capital Markets Authority of Kenya (CMA) invites sealed tenders for the Supply Delivery Installation and
Maintenance of Digital Forensic Tool.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is
open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office
hours between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays, at Embankment Plaza,
Longonot Road, Supply Chain Management (SCM) Department, 5th Floor.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of Kshs.1000.00 payable to Capital Markets Authority and a receipt obtained from our Accounts
office, located in the at Embankment Plaza. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website:
www.cma.or.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) supplier portal :
https://tenders.go.ke/OpenTenders. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website: www.cma.or.ke or Public
Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) supplier portal : https://tenders.go.ke/OpenTenders. Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@cma.or.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs.200,000.00 in form of a guarantee from a bank
licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) or Insurance Company registered and approved by the Insurance
Regulatory Authority (IRA) and valid for 210 days from the tender closing date.
7. Completed tenders in a plain sealed envelope marked CMA/OT 001/2025-2026 must be delivered to the
address below on or before 30th April, 2026 at 11:00 am East African Time
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below - Late tenders will be rejected.
