PROVISION OF HUMAN RESOURCE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT AND FILE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – CGN

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF NYAMIRA TENDER APRIL 2026 

INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)

1. The County Government of Nyamira through The Department of Public Service Management intends
   to engage Service Providers for provision of the service indicated below;
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Competitive Method National using a standardized tender
   document and in this regard, Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect tender documents during
   office hours [0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded freely by interested Bidders from the
   website address given herein; Nyamira website: www.nyamira.go.ke and Public Procurement Information
   Portal: www.tenders.go.ke.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for
   (140) days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. Tender documents must be accompanied by a “tender Security from either a bank registered and approved by
   the Central Bank of Kenya or an insurance Company regulated by the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Kshs. 100,000
   (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only).
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be submitted online through the IMFIS Portal provided to be received on or
   before Thursday 16th April 2026 at 10.30 a.m. local time.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
   and times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
   representatives who may choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
11. Bidders are advised to visit the County Government of Nyamira website www.nyamira.go.ke from time
    to time before deadline for submission of tender documents in case of issuance of addendum/s and
    any relevant communication about the tenders as and when it may be deemed necessary
