Tenders for Roofing of the proposed Tuition/Administration Block [Phase II)

Moi Girls High School-Vokoli, Vihiga County invites tenders for Roofing of the proposed Tuition/Administration Block [Phase II).

In this regard, therefore, General Building Contractors, who are registered with the National Construction Authority in Category NCA/5 and above are invited to submit their tenders.

Interested Contractor’s, who must be duly registered as stated above, may obtain Tender Documents from the School Principal in person or against a written request, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1,000.00 either in cash or Bankers Cheque, payable to Moi Girls High School-Vokoli, before 4.00p.m. on any normal working day.

The Tender Documents, dully filled and signed, in sealed plain envelopes, marked appropriately, should be addressed to:

P.O. Private Bag – Code 50311 WODANGA

And placed in the Tender Box, located within the School Premises, or sent by Post, so
as to reach the above address not later than 22^nd September, 2021, at 10.00 a.m.

Submitted bids will be opened publicly in the School Principal’s Office, soon after the above stated closing date and time, in the presence of the tenderers/tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend.

Tender Documents received after the deadline shall be returned unopened.
