TENDER NOTICE
TENDERS FOR VARIOUS ROAD MAINTENANCE WORKS FOR THE 3RD QUARTER OF FINANCIAL YEAR 2025-2026
The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) is a State Corporation established under the
Kenya Roads Act, 2007 with the responsibility for Management, Development, Rehabilitation and
Maintenance of National Trunk Roads.
The Authority hereby invites bids from eligible contractors for various Maintenance works for third
(3rd) Quarter for the FY 2025-2026 to be funded through the Road Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF).
There shall be a mandatory pre-bid conference and pre-tender site visits as specified in the
detailed tender notice uploaded onto the KeNHA website.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers from the Kenya
National Highways Authority website: www.kenha.co.ke or PPIP portal: www.tenders.go.ke
free of charge.
Bidders are encouraged to download tender documents to minimise physical visits to the respective
KeNHA Regional Offices.
The tender closing date will be on Thursday, 5th March, 2026 at 11.00 A.M.
All interested bidders are required to continually check the Kenya National Highways Authority
website: www.kenha.co.ke for any tender addenda or clarifications that may arise before submission
date.
