INVITATION TO TENDER

The Ugenya NGCDF and the PMC of UDIRA SECONDARY SCHOOL invites sealed tenders for theTHE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF AN DINING HALL AT UDIRA SECONDARY SCHOOL,NORTH WARD, UGENYA SUB-COUNTY.
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using astandardized tender document.

Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect theTender Documents during office hours between 0800 to 1700hours at the addressgiven below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interestedtenders upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Kshs. 1,000 Kenya Shillings OneThousand only in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.

1. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website: PPIPhttps//tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free ofcharge. Hard copies will be available at the institution at Kshs. 1,000 each.
2. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website PPIP.https//tenders.go.ke.

Tenderers who download the tender document must forwardtheir particulars immediately to P.O. BOX 132 – 40614, SEGA to facilitate any furtherclarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shallremain valid for (120)days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday19th JANUARY, 2026 at 1000 HOURS.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above.They must be placed in a plain sealed envelope with the Tender Name and TenderNumber clearly indicated.
9. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designatedrepresentatives who choose to attend at the address below.
