The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for;

A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the Authority’s website: www.ppra.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 150 days after date of tender opening. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
The tenderer shall furnish, as part of its tender, a tender security of Kshs. 50,000. The tender security shall be in the form of a Guarantee issued by a Bank or Insurance Company accepted by PPRA
Bidders shall ensure serialization of all the pages for each bid submitted. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked TENDER NO. PPRA/OT/06/2024-2025 FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY, GUARDING AND RECEPTIONIST SERVICES and be deposited in the tender box provided at The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s Offices, 6th Floor, KISM Towers, Ngong Nairobi, and addressed to:
