INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO: GMC/MCRH/T/021/2025-2027-1
THE PROVISION OF SECURITY, GUARDING SERVICES
The Makueni County Referral Hospital invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates
the provision of Security, guarding and Receptionist Services a Two-year framework
contract effective 2nd FEBRUARY, 2026 The contract will be subject to annual
Satisfactory Performance review.
A complete set of tender document may be viewed and downloaded free of charge
from the Authority’s website: www.makueni.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and should
remain valid for 150 days after date of tender opening. Tenders shall remain valid for
140 days from the date of opening.
The tenderer shall furnish, as part of its tender, a tender security of Kshs. 50,000.
The tender security shall be in the form of a Guarantee issued by a Bank or
Insurance Company accepted by respective Health Facilities
Bidders shall ensure serialization of all the pages for each bid submitted.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked
„TENDER NO. GMC/MCRH/T/021/2025-2027-1 FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY AND
GUARDING SERVICES and be deposited in the tender box provided at MAKUENI
COUNTY REFERRAL HOSPITAL NEXT TO THE MEDICAL SUPERITENDENT OFFICE
So as to be received on or before Wednesday,7th JANUARY 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers
representatives who choose to attend the opening at the hospital conference hall
MCRH reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering
process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby
incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
