COMMODITIES FUND TENDER FEBRUARY 2024 

TENDER NOTICE

Commodities Fund, a Government agency established by the Crops Act, 2013 under the Ministry of Agriculture &
Livestock Development invites bids from prospective bidders to be considered for the following tender:

The Tender document with detailed information may be viewed and collected at the Fund’s offices situated at
Utalii House-11th Floor; Utalii Street-off Uhuru Highway during normal working hours (8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and
between 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m) at a cost of Ksh. 1,000.00. Prospective suppliers may also view and download
the Documents free of charge from the Commodities Fund’s website: www.comfund.co.ke or from the Public
Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) portal: www.tenders.go.ke Those downloading the documents from
the websites must immediately forward the tender number applied, name of firm, address, and telephone number
for recording, to: info@comfund.co.ke
A. Tenders – Completed tender documents must be submitted enclosed in plain, sealed envelopes, clearly
marked with the Tender name, number, code number, and category as provided in the document, and
deposit the documents in the tender box located at the Reception, to be received on or before Wednesday,
21st February 2024 at 11.00 a.m. Tenders shall be opened immediately after that at the Fund’s
Boardroom in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
B. Sensitization – Interested suppliers for the Sensitization must confirm their attendance by sending their
Email addresses, Telephone contacts, and representative details to info@comfund.co.ke on or before
Friday, 1st March, 2024 to enable preparation of the meeting.
Late tenders shall be rejected.
