The Geothermal Development Company Limited (GDC) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for
the following:

There will be a Mandatory site visit to GDC Project Sites & Offices for the following tenders;
1. Tender for provision of service levegal agreement for Data Centre Maintenance for a period of
two (2) years – GDC/ICT/OT/037/2023:2024.
i. Nairobi Kawi Office, South C on Monday 29th January, 2024 at 10.00am (Assemble at Nairobi
Office, South C at 9.00am).
ii. Nakuru Polo Centre Office, Kenyatta avenue on Tuesday 30th January, 2024 at 10:00am.
(Assemble at Polo Centre office at 9.00am).
2. Tender for Tender for supply and installation of Internet Services for a period of three (3) years
– GDC/ICT/OT/038/2023:2024
i. Nairobi Kawi House, South C on Monday 29th January 2024 at 10:00am. Bidders to assemble
at GDC Polo Center Office by 9:00am).
ii. Polo Centre, Nakuru on Tuesday 30th January 2024 at 10:00am. Bidders to assemble at GDC
Polo Center Office by 9:00am. Bidders will thereafter proceed to Kabarak Land at 11.00 am and
Menengai Geothermal at 12.00 Pm).
iii. GDC Kapkerwa Office, North Rift on Wednesday 31st January 2024 at 9:00am. Bidders will
thereafter proceed to Paka Geothermal Field.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the tender document from the office
of Manager, Supply Chain at Kawi House, South C off Mombasa Road, Red Cross Road between 9.00am and
4.00pm during week days.
A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by interested firms upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of Kshs.1000 payable to our accounts office in cash or by banker’s cheque. The documents can
also be viewed and downloaded from the website www.gdc.co.ke or PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke free
of charge. Bidders who download the tender document from the website MUST forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@gdc.co.ke for records and any further tender clarifications and addenda.
