There will be a mandatory site visit (for Proposed Science Research Park Phase 2 – Main works and Subcontracts) at Chuka University Main Campus on Wednesday 13th January, 2021 at 12.00 Noon.
Completed Tender Documents in plain sealed envelope indicating the “TENDER NUMBER AND NAME” without identifying the sender should be addressed to:

and placed in the Tender Box at the Chuka University Vice- Chancellor’s office ON OR BEFORE Tuesday 19th January, 2021 at 12.00 Noon.
Opening of bids will take place immediately thereafter at Chuka University Conference hail in the presence of bidders /their representatives who may choose to attend. All parties will be required to observe all MOH COVID-19 protocols.
