Detailed tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement Office, Main Campus, Machakos University during
normal working hours, from Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., upon payment of a non-refundable fee
of Kshs.1,000.00 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand) only. This fee is payable at the Machakos University Accounts Nos.,
National Bank of Kenya 01020078499401 and Cooperative Bank 01129277651100 Machakos Branch.
The documents may also be viewed and downloaded for free from the University website, www.mksu.ac.ke and/or
www.tenders.go.ke.
Tenderers are required to forward their particulars to the Procurement Office for purposes of receiving any further tender
clarification and/or addenda by email: po@mksu.ac.ke
Duly completed tender documents (Original and Copy) in plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Tender Name
and Number and bearing no indication of the bidder should be sent to: The Vice-Chancellor, Machakos University, P.
O. Box 136 – 90100, Machakos, Kenya and dropped in Tender Box situated at the Administration Block, so as to reach
the University NOT LATER THAN 10.00 A.M on 14th March, 2023. Opening of the documents will be done immediately
thereafter at the Conference Room 10 in the presence of applicants or their representatives who wish to attend.
