You are required to download documents from the website and make payment of a non- refundable fee of KSh.1, 000.00 in cash paid at our FOSA or Cheque payable to Chai Sacco Society Ltd. Completed tender documents should be submitted accompanied by a tender security issued by a reputable commercial bank or insurance company in the amount of 2% of the total amount of the tender form. Prices quoted shall be inclusive of duty & other taxes and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tenders. Completed tender documents, in a plain sealed envelope, clearly marked “TENDER CATEGORY and bearing the REFERENCE NUMBER but no indication of the applicant, should be deposited in the Tender Box at KTDA PLAZA, 4th Floor, Tom Mboya Street, or sent by post to:
