VARIOUS TENDER NOTICE – COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MACHAKOS DECEMBER 2021 

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MACHAKOS TENDER DECEMBER 2021 

The County Government of Machakos, Housing and Urban Department, Municipalities under Kenya Urban Support Programme (KUSP) wishes to invite sealed tenders from eligible Suppliers/Contractors for the following tenders.

Tender documents containing detailed Information on tenders can freely be downloaded from the County website www.machakosgovernment.co.ke  or PPI Portal www.tenders.go.ke. Complete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLER PORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  as per requirements contained in the documents so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated in the lFMIS.

All documents must be serialized sequentially.

Submission of original bid security must be delivered at the Office of Head of Supply Chain Management to be received on or before 04^th  January, 2022 during working hours. Prices quoted must remain valid for hundred and twenty (119) days from the opening rare The bid security must be valid for one hundred and twenty (ll9) days from the opening date. MANUAL SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS PORTAL.

The following listed documents are mandatory;

1. Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration
2. Copy of valid Business permit
3. Copy of valid tax compliance
4. Bid Security: Bank guarantee only and should be verifiable, Original
5. CR 12 attached should be certified by commissioner of Oath and not more than two months old
6. IDs of Directors should be certified by Commissioner of Oaths
7. Attach fully filled, signed and stamped Form of bid
8. Attach fully filled, signed and stamped confidential business questionnaire.
9. All attached pages to be paginated sequentially
10. Valid Registration as Special Group Certification A.G.P.O (Where applicable)
11. Copy of valid annual practicing license with NCA class 4 and above for Road Works
12. Declaration that you are not debarred by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority
13. Declare and sign that you will not engage in corrupt or fraudulent Practice
14. Declare and sign that you have no conflict of interest
15. Clarity and Legibility of all document and attachments
16. All attached Cvs to be up to date and signed by owners
17. Attach copies of work recommendation letters certified by issuers  
18. Declaration that all attached documents are not forged and information provided is correct.

All submitted documents may be verified from issuing agencies, Department of Housing and Urban Development reserves the right to verify all submitted documents,

Pre-bid site visits by all bidders will be on Friday 24^th  December, 2021 starting at 10.00 am at Municipal Office in Mavoko Municipality for Part Construction of Nyambura Stage-Epz-Makadara Road, in Kangundo Tala Municipality for Kawethei Shopping Centre Roads LOT 18 2 at Chief’s Office Kawethei Shopping Centre starting at 10.00 am for Lot 1 and for Lot 2 starting at 11.30 am and for Urban Regeneration of Masii Market Phase 1 at Masii Market Centre, Mwala Sub- County Offices starting at 11.00 am

Only those bidders registered in the category as indicated in the tender document shall bid for respective tenders

Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.

The criteria for evaluation of bids

• The criteria shall be as described in the tender documents.
• Prices quoted should include all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings.

Complete tender documents MUST be submitted online so as to be received on or before 04^th January, 2022 and time indicated in IFMIS Portal. The system will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing as indicated in the IFMIS Portal.
