Murang’a County Government is in the process of initiating the implementation of various projects. The rationale for these programs is to ensure improved service delivery in the County. The Program entails implementation of development projects prioritized by the local communities. The Program puts emphasis on devolved functions that have impact on local communities.

- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Copy of a Current Single Business Permit.
- Valid Registration Certificate From National Treasury [AGPO] For Special Category groups
- Provide valid NCA certificate-where applicable
- Tender Security of Kenyan Shillings 1,000,000 valid for 120 days from the Tender closing date – Original and Copy- where applicable
- Current Manufacturers’ Authorization -where applicable.
- Comprehensive Catalogues of equipment offered [highlight type/model offered]-Original and Copy where applicable.
- Attach Certified copies of Audited Accounts for the last 3 years (2020,2021 and 2022]-where applicable
- Details of company directors (CR12 ISSUED WITHIN SIX MONTH FROM THE TENDER OPENING DATE.
- Copies of National Identification documents [ID or Passport] for all Directors
- Bidders shall sequentially serialize all pages of each tender submitted
