Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening at Kenya Railways Headquarters, Haile Selassie Avenue, Satimma Conference Room on Block C, First Floor on Wednesday 27th April, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
