The Deputy County Commissioner, Homa Sub County, as a coordinating unit of national government functions wishes to invite the following tenders from eligible contractors.

A Complete set of tender documents to be downloaded free of charge from www.mygov.go.ke . website and must fulfill following:
| Valid NCA registration and practicing certificates | A 2% Bid bond of tender sum from reputable agencies |
| Current CR12 | A copy of valid certificate of Registration/Incorporation |
| Valid county government business/trade permit | Must fill the price schedule/BOQS in the format provided. |
| A valid copy of KRA tax compliance and PIN Certificates | Only one tender should be applied for. |
| Prices quoted must be vat inclusive and remain valid for 120days | A duly filled in and signed confidential business questionnaire in the format provided |
| Recent Audited Accounts duly certified and stamped by a Certified Public Accountant and a bank statements for the last six years respectively | The Form of power of attorney shall be duly filled, signed and stamped |
The bidder shall submit three copies of completed set of tender documents (one marked original and two other copies) in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “Tender reference No. and Tender descriptions” upon payment of non-refundable fees of KSh. 1,000 in cash or Bankers Cheque payable to Deputy County Commissioner, Homa Bay Sub-County, and addressed to:
Deputy County Commissioner, Homa Bay Sub County, P.O.BOX 1-40300Homa Bay so as to reach on or before 21st FEBRUARY, 2022 at 10.00am. Tenders will be received at Sub County Supplies Chain Management Unit.
Thereafter, tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Homa Bay County Commissioner Headquarters office.
