Bid documents with detailed information may be obtained from Postbank House, Procurement Office
4th Floor, South Wing on Monday to Friday during normal working hours upon payment of Kshs 1,000 at
the Head Office Branch or download from the Postbank website www.postbank.co.ke free of charge
. Upon Payment/download bidders must register their tenders and details at Procurement Office 4th
floor or fill in the online bidders form and submit as instructed (for those who will download the bid
document).
Completed bid documents should be submitted in a plain sealed envelope and clearly marked with the
appropriate Tender Number and Name with no other writings and be addressed to the:

P.O Box 30311-00100 GPO,
NAIROBI.
and be deposited in the tender box located on Ground Floor, Postbank House, Banda Street Nairobi,
Kenya to be received on or before the closing dates at 10.00 a.m.
Opening of the tenders will take place immediately thereafter in the Conference Room located on 5th
Floor, South Wing, Postbank House in the presence of the Bidders and/or their representatives who may
choose to attend.
