The Postal Corporation of Kenya is a commercial State Enterprise operating under the PCK Act, 1998. The Corporation’s mandate includes provision of accessible, affordable and reliable Postal services to all parts of Kenya as a Public Postal Licensee where communication through the Post Office forms part of the basic human right as enshrined in the 1948 United Nations Charter.
The Corporation’s mission is to provide end to end. Innovative, Reliable Mail, Courier, Logistics, e-Commerce and Payment Services that delight our customers and create value to our stakeholders. Posta is currently re-engineering its key business processes through innovation and adoption of Information Communications Technology in order to meet the ever changing customer demands in a dynamic market place.
