Interested bidders can view/obtain the tender document from the County Government of Tana River website www.tanarivercounty.go.ke  and /or the :FMIS tender portal www.suppiier.treasury.go.ke  using the unique IFMIS negotiation number given above.

N/B: Hard copies will not be accepted

Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below as a minimum, supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

  1. Dully Certified Copy of registration/incorporation certificate
  2. Dully Certified Valid Tax compliance certificate
  3. Dully filled form of tender
  4. 2% Bid Security (from approved institutions, proper validity period,
  5. Minimum litigation history, (sworn affidavit to be provided)
  6. Dully filled confidential business questionnaire form
  7. Must attain valid business permit issued by Tana River County Government.
  8. For tender S/’No. 1 & 2 bidders should provide NCA 8 and above for building works, and S/Np. 3 & 4 should provide NCA 6 Respectively for civil works.

Bidders MUST submit their application through the IFMIS Portal not later than 18th  January 2022. Tenders will be opened on 18th January 2022 at 10.00 am at the tana river county government office in the presence of bidders or their represen­tatives who choose to attend. Late tenders will be returned unopened
