TAVEVO Water and Sewerage Company limited is a water service provider incorporated by an Act of Parliament Cap 486 of 2002 to provider clean potable water and sewerage services to the residents of Taita-Taveta County.
- The Company now invites sealed-bids from eligible underwriters only for provision of Medical Insurance Cover for Board of Directors, Staff and immediate dependants for a period of One (1) Year.
- Qualified and interested underwriters may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours (8.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. & 2.00 p.m. – 5.00 p.m.) from Monday to Friday except on public holiday at the address given below.
- Tender document with detailed specifications and conditions are available and may viewed and downloaded from TAVEVO Water and Sewerage Company Limited’s website www.tavevowater.co.ke for free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@tavevowater.co.ke. Tel: 0713 676 213/0780 676 213, P.O. BOX 6 – 80300 VOI, KENYA to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
- All Bids must be accompanied by original Tender Security of Kshs. 200,000.00 (Kenya Shillings Two Hundred Thousand Only) in the form of bank guarantee or insurance bond from insurance companies approved by PPRA, valid for 150 days after date of tender opening (Wednesday, 30th June, 2021 at 1100 Hrs.). Self-guarantee shall not be accepted.
- Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender number, tender name and be deposited in the Tender Box located at the boardroom Block or be addressed to the address below on or before Wednesday, 30th June, 2021 at 1100 Hrs. and Electronic Tenders Will not be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
