INVITATION TO TENDER
The National Museums of Kenya (NMK) invites bids from interested and reputable suppliers for the following
tenders:-

Interested and eligible Tenderers may obtain detailed information and inspect the tender documents at the
Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, NMK Headquarters on Museum Hill during normal working hours
Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 4:00 pm. Alternatively, the tender documents may be downloaded free of charge
from the NMK Website – www.museums.or.ke
A complete set of tender documents may also be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.
1,000 in cash payable at the Cash Office – Heritage Centre.
Completed tender document shall be sealed and marked as instructed in the tender document, addressed to:-

P.O.Box 40658-00100,
NAIROBI.
and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Earth Sciences Building reception area on or before 20th April,
2023 at 12:00 Noon.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the Old Board Room in the presence of the Tenderers or their
representatives who choose to attend.
