INVITATION TO TENDER 

 

PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AT 316 UPPER HILL CHAMBERS 12th 13th, 14th AND 15th FLOORS

TENDER NO. MFA/OT/004/2021-2022

Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the provision of cleaning services at 316 Upper hill Chambers offices occupied by the Ministry. The provision of cleaning services will be for a period of two years. Cleaning will entail, cleaning of offices occupied by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 12,13,14, and 15th floors.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information about the tender document at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Old Treasury Building, Harambee Avenue. Room 504 during normal working hours.

  • This Tender is exclusively reserved for the youth, women and persons with disability.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid securing declaration form.

A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded by interested candidates free of charge at https://www.mfa.go.ke  or collect hard copies at the Ministry Headquarters along Harambee Avenue by paying a nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 at the cash office in 2nd floor.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 180 days from the closing date of the tender.

Completed tender documents should be submitted to the tender box located at the ground floor Ministry of Foreign Affairs Headquarters along Harambee Avenue be received on or before 29th September, 2021 at 10.00 am Tenders will be opened thereafter at Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, Old Treasury Building along Harambee Avenue, 2nd floor boardroom.
