Tender for the Proposed Construction of 6 No. Classrooms on a Single Level Storey (Labour Contract Only)

The Board of Management of Moi Forces Academy – NAIROBI, invites tenders from the legible contractors for the above proposed project.

The contractor must attach the followings;

1. Copy of Tax compliance certificate (Current)
2. Completion certificates for jobs of similar nature completed in the last 5 years.(experience)
3. Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company or bank i.e. 2% of the contract sum.
4. Current Copy of N.C.A Registration Certificate; other details to be found in school.
5. Company Profile.
6. Latest and valid CRI2 or valid national ID for sole proprietor
7. Should not have any pending litigation concerning construction.

The tender documents can be obtained from the School Accounts Office within working hours from 8.00am – 4.00pm at a cost of Kshs. 1,000/=.

The document should be returned on or before 30^th  November, 2021, by 10.00am and thereafter will be opened in the presence of the bidders. The document should be addressed to,
