The Catholic University of Eastern Africa is in the process of contracting new service providers and at the same time reviewing and updating the existing ones in the listed categories of goods, services and works. We therefore invite applications for pre-qualification from interested, (Competent and eligible bidders for the supply and provision of the listed goods and services: (http://bit.ly/3ZUQUqQ ).
Pre-qualification document containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded on CUEA’s website: (http://bit.ly/3ZUQUqQ), or obtained from the Procurement Office, Lang’ata Campus from Monday to Friday (8.00 am – 4.00 pm) upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh 2,500.00 per category via Bank details as shown below:

The completed pre-qualification documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, stamped and clearly marked: “PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS 2023-2025” clearly showing Reference Category Code (Category of supply) and addressed to:

To be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Main Reception so as to be received on or before 27th March 2023 at 12.00 Noon. Please note that bids will not be accepted without a payment slip.
NOTE: All current suppliers/service providers are required to be pre-qualified afresh.
