| TENDER NOTICE |
1.0 The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) is a State Corporation established in 1980 under an Act of Parliament, namely The Kenya National Examinations Council Act Chapter 225A of (1980). The Act was repealed in 2012 and replaced with The Kenya National Examinations Council Act No. 29 of 2012. The Council is mandated to conduct national assessments and examinations at both basic and tertiary levels and certify learners.
2.0 KNEC invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the tenders below:
