INVITATION TO TENDERS
TENDER REFERENCE: TRCG/OT/PSA/20/2021-2022
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ICT RESOURCE CENTRE IN GARSEN, GARSEN WEST WARD WITHIN TANA RIVER COUNTY.
This standard tender document for procurement of works has been prepared for use by
procuring entities in Kenya in the procurement of works (i.e. Buildings and associated Civil
Engineering Works).
1.1 Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect Tender
Documents and the Design Drawings at the Supply Chain Management offices, Located
at the County Government of Tana River Headquarters, Governor’s Office building
during normal working hours (8.00AM-5:00PM). They may also download the same
from the county website www.tanariver.go.ke, and the national government tenders
web-portal https://tenders.go.ke/website free of charge.
1.2 Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall
remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of tender.
1.3 The tender security should be 2% tender sum in the form of tender and must be in
form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank or an insurance company approved by
PPOA. This shall be valid for 120 days from the opening date of the tender

County’s website https://www.tanariver.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information
Portal.

OF ADVERTISEMENT, at 11.00am. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in
the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend
