TENDER NOTICE FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY & GUARD SERVICES AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE STATE DEPARTMENT FOR TRADE AND ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL
YEAR 2021-2022
The Government of Kenya through the State Department for Trade and Enterprise Development invites eligible candidates to tender for Provision of Security & Guard Services, Professional Cleaning Services and Disposal of assorted obsolete furniture items, ICT equipment and Motor Vehicles as indicated below

Interested candidates may obtain a complete set of tender documents and detailed specifications from the min- istry’s website www.trade.go.ke free of any charges or from the Supply Chain Management Office, State of Department for Trade and Enterprise Development at Telposta Towers, GPO , 17th floor, during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 per set of tender document in cash or bank- ers cheque payable to the Principal Secretary, State Department for Trade and Enterprise Development. Tenderers who download Tender document are advised to register with the office of the Head of Supply Chain Management before the closing date.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the name of the tender and tender number must be addressed to;

and deposited into the tender box at the 17th Floor, Telposta Towers GPO so as to reach on or before …31st May 2022 at 10.00 a.m.
All the interested bidders can view the assorted items and motor vehicles at Weights and Measures Building
,South C offices from 23rd May to 27th May 2022 normal working hours.
Tender opening will take place at the conference Room situated at
18th Floor, Telposta Towers,GPO
immediately after the above stated date and time in the presence of tenderers or representatives who choose to attend.
