MAIN CONTRACT (BUILDERS WORKS)
Interested Contractors must be registered in NCA (I) (for Main Works) and above. In addition, they Must be or have Domestic Registered Sub-Contractors in the following Categories:-
- a)Plumbing/drainage, Horse Reels Fire Protection Works (Sprinkler Systems): NCA(4) and above
- b)Electrical Installations: NCA(4) and above
- c)CCTV Installation: NCA(4) and Above
- d)Mechanical Ventilation: NCA(4) and above
- e)Certificate of mandatory site visit. .
- f)Serialized bid document.
- g)Satisfy all other requirements
There shall be mandatory site visit on 7th July, 2022 at 10.00am.The site is located Next to the Headquarters at Stima Investment Plaza I, Mushembi Road, Parklands, Nairobi County.

Completed tender documents to be submitted to be deposited to the Tender Box Located at Stima Investment Plaza 1,5th Floor, Mushembi Road, Parklands, Nairobi County, On or before the 18th July 2022 at 10.00am.
The bids will be opened immediately thereafter at the boardroom of the Investment Society in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
