SPOT IMPROVEMENT & REHABILITATION WORKS OF ROAD: G61999: LIGEGA- OMBWEDE SEC 1
1. The Kenya Rural Roads Authority invites sealed tenders for the Spot Improvement & Rehabilitation Works of Road: G61999: LIGEGA- OMBWEDE SEC 1 in Ugunja Constituency in Siaya Region.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method for those prequalified in Ugunja Constituency, Financial Year 2021/2022 using the standard tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8.00am – 5.00pm at Kenya Rural Roads Regional Siaya Office located Along Samuel Ayany Road, MOTIHUD Yard.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers electronically from the Websites www.kerra.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the websites www.kerra.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke.Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to siaya@kerra.go.ke, +254 768 112 048 or P.O. Box 141 – 40600, Siaya to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 140 days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00am Thursday 21st July, 2022. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later in case of an addendum. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
