INVITATION TO TENDER 
PROVISION OF INTERNET CONNECTIVITY SERVICES FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS.

DEKUT/OT/PICS/002/2022-2023&2023-2024&2024-2025. 

1. Dedan Kimathi University of Technology invites sealed tenders for Provision of Internet Connectivity
Services for Three Years.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document.Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents from
the DeKUT Procurement Offices between 9.00am and 4.00pm during weekdays.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of
a non- refundable fees of Kshs 1000.00 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to DeKUT Accounts
Office. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.dkut.ac.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.dkut.ac.ke or
tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately
to procurement@dkut.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by an original tender security of Kshs. 150,000 the format specified in
the tender document.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name and tender
reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box at the Ground Floor Resource Centre II DeKUT
main Campus Nyeri, or be addressed to;

So as to be received on or before Tuesday 18th October, 2022 at 10:00am.
9. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. There shall be no Mandatory Site Visit.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above . Tenders will be publicly opened
in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at DeKUT main campus Resource Centre II
