SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD 2022-2023 AND 2023 – 2024 FINANCIAL YEARS
National Defence University-Kenya invites eligible firms for registration of suppliers as described in the table below for provision of goods, works and services for the financial years 2022- 2023 and 2023 – 2024.
Interested and competent firms specializing in the provision of goods, works and services mentioned below are invited to apply.

It is expected that invitation to bid for the goods and services will be issued soon after the registration process is completed.
Eligible applicants may obtain the registration documents from Procurement Department, NDU-K, Lanet or download the same from the NDU-K website www.ndu.ac.ke at no cost.
The registration documents must not bear the name of the applicant but should be clearly marked with the details of registration category number and description thereof.
Requirements for registration are set in the registration document. Submission of applications for registration shall be received in sealed plain envelopes and dropped in the Tender Box situated at the National Defence University-Kenya/ Kenya Military Academy Main Gate and be addressed to:

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any application either in part or in whole and is not bound to give reasons for the decision taken.
