KTDA Management Services Ltd is Kenya’s premier organization, providing management services to 71 tea factories in the small-scale tea sector for the efficient production, processing and marketing of high quality tea.
KTDA invites tenders from manufacturers/ principal agents for supply, installation and commissioning of above tea machinery for its managed factories on framework contract arrangement.
Interested eligible suppliers may obtain detailed tender documents from procurement office located on first floor KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours, upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee. The bank voucher should be emailed to KTDA as proof of payment. Tender documents may be requested upon payment by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 20th December, 2022 at 09:00 AM local time. Tenders will be opened on the same day.
The tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log-in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
