TENDER NOTICE
TENDER NO. JUD/OT/023/2022-2023
PROVISION OF AUCTIONEERING SERVICES TO THE JUDICIARY UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT
The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provisionof Auctioneering Services
under a framework contract for a period of three (3) years renewable annually subject to
satisfactory performance.
Interested and eligible candidates may view or obtain the tender document by downloading from
the Judiciary website: www.judiciary.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP)
website: www.tenders.go.ke. All clarifications and/ or addendums will be posted on the
Judiciary and PPIP websites. Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least five
(5) days to the tender closing date.
There will be a pre-bid conference on Wednesday 14 December, 2022 at 2.00 pm via a Microsoft
Teams link below; (https://shorturl.at/ejwW5).
All eligible and interested bidders are encouraged to attend.
Prices quoted for the above tender shall be net inclusive of all taxes and must be expressed in
Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing
date of the tender. The tender must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs 50,000.00 (Kenya
Shillings Fifty thousand shillings only) and in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or
institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority valid for 150 days payable
to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. Tenderers must quote for all counties.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked

Tender Box provided at the Main gate, Supreme Court entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi and

to be received on or before 21st December, 2022 at 10.00AM
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the designated tenderers
