TENDER NAME:             TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DESKTOP AND LAPTOP COMPUTERS

1. The Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops (KCCB) – General Secretariat is the National Administra­tive, facilitative and Coordinative arm through which the KCCB implements and co-ordinates various Pastoral programs.
2. The Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops – General Secretariat invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for supply and delivery of desktop and laptop computers.
3. This tender is structured into five (5) lots as follows:
4. i)Lot 1 – Supply and Delivery of Laptops Type A
5. ii)Lot 2 – Supply and delivery of Laptops Type B

iii)    Lot 3 – Supply and Delivery of Desktop Computers Type Y

1. iv)Lot 4 – Supply and Delivery of Desktop Computers Type Z
2. v)Lot 5 – Supply and delivery of UPS
3. Bidders may participate in all Lots, HOWEVER. Award of the tender shall be to the highest technical score and the lowest evaluated financial bid in EACH Lot
4. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the KCCB Program office, in Kisumu, Procurement office, Jaliyan Court – Milimani. Completed tender documents, in a plain sealed envelope marked; KCCB/PROC/ICT/01/2023-2024 “TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DESKTOP AND LAPTOP COMPUTERS” should be deposited in the KCCB tender box on the ground floor of the boardroom at the KCCB program office along Ring road Kisumu on or before THURSDAY, 22ND JUNE 2023 AT 10.00 A.M during normal working hours.
5. A complete tender document may also be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 5,000. The payment should be remitted through:-

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender.

Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at KCCB-ACTS Program office in Kisumu
