OPEN NATIONAL TENDER NOTICE
Olkejuado Water & Sewerage Company Limited has received funds from Water Sector Trust fund and
County Government of Kajiado under the Rural Investment Programme and intends to use part of the
fund to undertake the following project. The company hereby invites bids from eligible firms to undertake
the following works:

1. Water Service Provider, Olkejuado Water & Sewerage Company Ltd invites sealed tenders for the
PROPOSED KAJIADO TOWN WATER SUPPLY PROJECT – KAJIADO COUNTY.
2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect tender documents (and
additional copies) at (Olkejuado Water & Sewerage Company Ltd, at the Department of Water
and Environment offices – off Namanga Road) during normal working hours.

after which the above link will be sent as an auto response. Applicants will be required to email us
their Company Details and Contact Details for records and further communication.
4. Prices quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 120
days from the closing date of tender.
5. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with
Tender name and reference number and delivered to the address below on or before 11:00am,
15/03/2024. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

6. Mandatory Pre-tender site visit shall be done on 06/03/24. Bidders to meet at OWASCO at 10.00
Am so as to proceed to Oloosuyian. Kindly arrange own transport.
7. After the deadline for the closing of tenders, tenders shall be opened immediately at the OWASCO
grounds, thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend.
