PROCUREMENT OF BIOSAFETY CABINETS(CLASS 11,TYPE A2)FOR KITUI COUNTY REFERRAL HOSPITAL AND MWINGI SUB COUNTY HOSPITAL

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KITUI TENDER JANUARY 2025  

MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND SANITATION

The County Government of Kitui, through the Ministry of Health and Sanitation intends to procure a contractor for the below Hospital Equipments Details on the scope of the works shall be indicated in the tender documents. The advert and the tender documents can be accessed from the Kitui county Government’s website: www.kitui.go.ke and the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. i)Attach valid copies of the Company Registration/Incorporation Certificate.
2. ii)Properly fill, sign, and stamp the Form of Tender, which is inclusive of the following:

• Confidential Business Questionnaire.
• Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Self-Declaration of the Tenderer.
• Conflict of Interest.

iii)   Attach a current certified copy of CR12 Certificate.

1. iv)Attach all the directors’ certified copies of national identity cards.
2. v)Valid business permit/licenses.
3. vi)Must serialize/paginate all pages for each bid submitted.

vii)  Bidders must not share a link in the IFMIS system during the uploading of the bid documents.

viii) Must submit a copy of a current/valid Tax Compliance Certificate or Exemption certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority.

1. ix)Attach a copy of the Bid bond from a recognized financial institution and submit the original hard copy at the head of supply chain office.
