SUPPY & DELIVERY OF 67 SEATER COLLEGE BUS.
1. The Runyenjes Technical and Vocational College invites sealed tenders for the Supply and Delivery of
67SeaterCollege Bus.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open tender method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. The tender is open to all eligible motor vehicle dealers.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at
the Procurement Office, The Runyenjes Technical and Vocational College, P.O. Box 239-60103, Runyenjes
on week days during normal working hours (0900hrs-1300hrs & 1400hrs-1600hrs)
5. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded free of charge from the Public Procurement Information
Portal www.tenders.go.ke and/or the Colleges website: runyenjestvc.ac.ke or purchased from the Procurement Office
upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh 1,000 (one thousand shillings)
6. Any further tender clarifications and/or addendums will be published on the same websites.
7. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and must be expressed in Kenya shillings
and will remain valid for 120 days from date of tender opening.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya Shillings Three Hundred
Thousand (Kshs. 300,000.00) in any of the form acceptable under PPADA 2015.
9. TheTenderershallsequentially serialize all pages and attachments of the tender documents
submitted in the form of 1, 2, 3, 4…
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 6th March 2025 12.00
noon.
ElectronicTenders will not be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
