Tender documents are available at the NG-CDF KINANGOP OFFICE ENGINEER during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of KSH. 1000 per set at sub-county treasury or can be downloaded at NGCDF website www.ngcdf.go.ke.
Price quoted must be NET INCLUSIVE of all government taxes, and must remain valid for 120 days after closing date. In all cases, please attach TAX COMPLIANCE, REGISTRATION/INCORPORATION CERTIFICATES and CR 12. Interested bidders for tender No. 6 and 7 must be registered with the relevant authorities [NCA].
Tender numbers 3, 4, 8 and 9 are reserved for AGPO category. Youth, women and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply and must be registered with AGPO.
Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked tender “No.”…. should be deposited to the tender box situated at the entrance to the NG-CDF-Kinangop office. The envelope should be addressed to;

So as to reach the office on or before 27th August 2020 at 10.00am. All prequalification documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend, at the NG-CDF boardroom.
