INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENT

1. OPCS invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENT UNDER THE
GRANT AGREEMENT ON MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRY TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FUND
(MIC-TAF)- SUPPORT TO THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT COORDINATION SECRETARIAT
(SNGCS)as detailed under the tender requirements in the tender document.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender using a standardized tender document.Tendering is open to
all qualified firms.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to 1500hrs at the address given below.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a duly filled and signed tender securing Declaration Form valid for 240
days from the date of tender opening
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the sequence of
1,2,3…. n (n being the last numerical page of the tender document)
6. Duly Completed tenders in a plain sealed envelope marked “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT
EQUIPMENT UNDER THE GRANT AGREEMENT ON MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRY
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FUND (MIC-TAF)- SUPPORT TO THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT
COORDINATION SECRETARIAT (SNGCS) – OPCS/SCM/OT/01/2024-2025” must be delivered to the
address below on or before 3
rd March 2025 at 10.00 a.m. East African Time]. Electronic Tenders WILL NOT
be permitted
