The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of implementing the
National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for
consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) focus on designing and developing the Kenya Standard Classification of
Occupations (KeSCO) module, integrating it into the Labour Market Information System (LMIS), and improving its
visibility on search engines. Additionally, an interactive KeSCO feature will be incorporated into KLMIS to support
career navigation and guidance. The project will run for seven months, starting in June 2025.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection through State Department for Labour and Skills Development now
invites eligible individual consultant (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested
Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant
experience to perform the services.
